These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Terms"), constitute a binding agreement between AceDraft ("Website Owner", "we", "us", "our") and you ("you", "your"), and relate to your use of our website, apps, goods and services (collectively, "Services"). AceDraft is operated from India as a sole proprietorship.

By using our website or apps and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. The use of the Services is subject to the following terms of use:

A. General terms

  1. To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account.
  2. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  3. Your use of our Services and the website is solely at your own risk and discretion. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.
  4. The contents of the Website and the Services are proprietary to Us and you will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents.
  5. You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Website or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms or applicable laws.
  6. You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
  7. You agree not to use the website and/ or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
  8. You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites.
  9. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with us for the Services.
  10. You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, then this would make you ineligible for a refund.
  11. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
  12. These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  13. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in BANGALORE NORTH, Karnataka
  14. All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated to us using the contact information provided on this website.

B. Your account

  1. You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, to hold an AceDraft account.
  2. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything done through your account.
  3. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, and will tell you when we do.

C. Your content, and how we use it

  1. Everything you enter into AceDraft — your resume text, work history, uploads and the job descriptions you paste in — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
  2. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit and display that content solely to provide the Services to you: generating and editing resumes, running analysis and scoring, producing exports, and backing up your work. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
  3. Your content is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. See section 3 of the Privacy Policy for who they are.
  4. You confirm that the content you submit is truthful, is yours to submit, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for what your resume says.
  5. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to advertise to you.

D. AI-generated output — important

  1. AceDraft uses automated and AI systems to draft, rewrite, analyse and score resumes. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, and may produce statements that are not true of you.
  2. You must review and verify everything before you use it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any resume you send to an employer. Do not rely on AceDraft's output as a statement of fact about your experience.
  3. Scores, match percentages and keyword analysis are indicative guidance only. They are our own assessment. They are not produced by, endorsed by, or connected to any employer or any applicant tracking system vendor, and they do not predict how any particular system will treat your resume.
  4. We do not guarantee any employment outcome. AceDraft does not promise interviews, shortlisting, callbacks, passing any screening, or a job. Nothing in the Services should be read as such a promise.
  5. The Services do not constitute career, legal, immigration or financial advice.

E. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  1. submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that impersonates another person;
  2. use the Services to create knowingly false credentials or misrepresent qualifications;
  3. copy, scrape, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Services or their output as a competing product;
  4. reverse engineer, probe or attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, bot checks or credit system;
  5. use bots, scripts or automation to access the Services, or create accounts in bulk;
  6. upload malware, or interfere with the operation of the Services or other users' use of them; or
  7. use the Services in breach of any applicable law or of any third party's rights.

F. Credits, payment and availability

  1. AceDraft is sold as prepaid digital export credits. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.
  2. Prices and currency are shown before you pay and may differ by region. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a purchase already made.
  3. Credits are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Some credits carry an expiry date, which is shown before purchase and in your account; expired credits cannot be restored or refunded. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
  4. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  5. We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature, we will deal fairly with unused credits bought for it.

G. Referral Program

  1. Every account is issued a referral link. If someone you refer makes a qualifying paid purchase within the attribution window, you earn a fixed cash reward.
  2. The reward amount, what counts as a qualifying purchase, the attribution window, the minimum payout threshold, the payout currency and the tax treatment are set out in full in the Referral Program Policy. Read it before you share your link.
  3. The program is currently one-sided: the reward is paid to the referrer. A person who signs up through your link does not presently receive a discount or any other benefit, and you must not tell anyone that they will.
  4. Rewards are your income and you are responsible for the tax on them. Where the law requires it, we will deduct tax at source and may need your tax identification before paying you.
  5. Referrals must be genuine. Self-referral, fake or bulk accounts, bots, incentivised clicks, cookie-stuffing and spam are prohibited and will result in rewards being cancelled.
  6. Participation is also governed by the Partner Program Terms, which prevail over this summary in the event of any conflict.

H. Creator Program

  1. The Creator Program rewards people who write about, review or teach AceDraft on their own channels. Applications are reviewed and acceptance is at our sole discretion.
  2. Creator rewards are export credits only — never cash, in tiers according to the type of content submitted, subject to a lifetime cap per creator. There is no revenue share, no commission and no recurring payment. Credit amounts, tiers and caps are published in the program and may be changed at any time.
  3. Creator credits have no cash value, are not transferable and are not refundable.
  4. A creator separately earns referral rewards through the same link under section G. Those are two different things: credits from the Creator Program, cash from the Referral Program.
  5. You keep ownership of the content you publish on your own channels. By submitting a public URL as proof of work you confirm the content is yours and public, and you agree that we may fetch and re-fetch that page periodically to confirm it is still live and still meets the program's requirements, and that we may store the URL and quote or link to it when describing the program.
  6. If the content is later edited so that it no longer meets the requirements, or is taken down, the submission may be revoked. Where a submission is found to be fraudulent or in breach of the program rules, credits already granted may be reversed.
  7. You agree to disclose your participation clearly wherever the platform you post on, or applicable law, requires it, and never to present yourself as an employee or official representative of AceDraft.
  8. We may display an anonymised summary of creator activity, such as a masked leaderboard entry, within the program.
  9. Participation is governed in full by the Partner Program Terms, including its malpractice and termination clause.

I. Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of employment, lost profits, or loss of data.
  2. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

J. Grievance redressal

For any complaint about the Services or these Terms, contact the Grievance Officer, AceDraft at [email protected] with "Grievance" in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days of receipt.
