Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the AceDraft Creator Program and Referral Program (collectively, "Partner Program") by any individual or entity ("Partner", "you", "your") who applies to, or is accepted into, either program. These Terms are in addition to, not a replacement for, AceDraft's general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your use of the AceDraft website and Services.
  1. Participation in the Partner Program is at AceDraft's sole discretion. Acceptance of an application does not guarantee ongoing eligibility, and AceDraft may change program terms, reward tiers, referral commission rates, credit caps, or payout thresholds at any time.
  2. Rewards (export credits, referral cash earnings, or any other incentive) are earned only for genuine, verifiable referral traffic and proof-of-work submissions that comply with these Terms. Any attempt to inflate metrics through fake accounts, bots, incentivized clicking, cookie-stuffing, self-referral, or any other form of fraud is strictly prohibited.
  3. Payouts (where applicable) are processed manually by AceDraft once your payable balance crosses the published minimum payout threshold, to the bank/Wise details you provide. You are responsible for keeping your payout destination details accurate and up to date, and for any tax obligations arising from payouts you receive.
  4. You must not misrepresent your relationship with AceDraft, make false or misleading claims about the Services, or engage in spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any other practice that damages AceDraft's brand or its users' trust.
  5. Malpractice and termination without notice: AceDraft reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your participation in the Partner Program — including forfeiting any unpaid/pending rewards accrued through the conduct in question — immediately and WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, if AceDraft determines, in good faith, that you have engaged in fraud, malpractice, or any other shady or abusive practice in connection with the Partner Program. You will be informed of the suspension or termination via an in-app message. If you believe a suspension or termination was made in error, you may dispute it through the same support mechanism used for payout disputes (an in-app "raise a dispute / contact support" form) — AceDraft will review disputed decisions but is not obligated to reverse them.
  6. AceDraft may modify these Terms at any time; continued participation in the Partner Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page.
  7. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Partner Program, are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in BANGALORE NORTH, Karnataka.
  8. All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated to AceDraft using the contact/support information provided on this website.
