The User Detail Page in AceDraft for Teams: One Student's Resumes at a Glance
Gowri Shanker·Sep 23, 2026
This page is a read-only list, and I'd say that before you go hunting for a button. Nothing here changes anything about the student. I haven't watched it run. I read its code on 19 September 2026, and everything below is what the code says.
Key takeaways
- One student per page: name, email, role, membership status, and free credits used out of the total they were given.
- Under that, a table of their resumes.
- This is personal data about a named person. Open it with the care you'd give any student record in your own systems.
- Limitation: the query returns the 50 most recent resumes and stops. No paging, and no warning that a row was cut.
Prerequisites. An enterprise admin account, and a student who belongs to one of your organisation's batches. The backend checks that link first and answers "User not found in your organisation" when it fails. You arrive from the View link on a batch's users page, which only appears on rows that already have a user account behind them.
What an admin can see about a student
The short answer: a name, an email, a role, a status and a credit count. The name is the heading, falling back to the email when no name was stored.
Membership status is one word from the student's batch record. Three values exist in the code I read. A student starts as invited when an admin adds them and the sign-in link is emailed out. They turn active the moment they use that link. They turn disabled if they're moved off to a personal account. Only active gets the green tint.
Beside it, credits used out of credits given.
Reading the resumes table
Come here when you want to know whether a named student has built anything yet. Five columns: theme, status, created, downloaded, ATS analysis. A missing theme or date shows a dash. Published status gets a green pill. A student with no resumes gets a sentence saying so rather than an empty grid.
Downloaded is the column I'd read first. Created says someone opened the builder. Downloaded says they finished.
What does "Available" mean in the ATS analysis column?
It means an analysis is stored against that resume, and nothing beyond that. The check is small: the field has to exist and carry more than two characters, so an empty object reads as none. No score is shown, and I won't describe here what the stored analysis holds.
A line under the table says the full resume render and the score popup arrive with the review flow. They're not on this page yet. Better that the page admits it than leave you wondering why "Available" isn't a link.
One more gap worth knowing. The invite email goes out, and its delivery result isn't recorded anywhere, so a student sitting on invited may have ignored the mail or may never have received it. This page can't tell you which.
Who this page is for
Use it as the admin answering a question about one person: has this student started, and did they export. Skip it for anything you want to do to that student. Adding them, topping up their credits and resending their sign-in link all live one level up, on the batch's own users page.
