The AceDraft for Teams Dashboard: What Admins and Moderators See

The enterprise dashboard is one address that shows two different pages, depending on who signs in. I haven't watched it run. I read its code on 19 September 2026, and everything below is what the code says. If you're a student, you won't see it at all: students land on their resumes instead.

Key takeaways

  • Until an organisation exists, an admin gets a prompt to start onboarding and no dashboard at all.
  • Once it does, the page fills with a wallet badge, four counters and a card for each batch, current or expired.
  • Moderators get a much smaller page: three message counts, plus a link into the chat of each batch they've been granted.
  • Limitation: I never signed in as a moderator, so that view is described from the template alone.

Prerequisites. You need to be signed in with an admin or moderator account. Both are sent here right after sign-in.

What does a new admin see?

Before an organisation exists, the page has one job. It says "Set up your organisation", explains that you create the organisation and buy your first batch of seats, and offers a Start onboarding button. The counters and cards don't appear until that's done.

An admin with an organisation

Your organisation's name is the heading, with "Admin dashboard" beneath it and a + New batch button beside it. The wallet badge sits under that, which shows the currency and balance and a Manage wallet link. Two warnings can appear on it. Low balance shows when a threshold is set above zero and the balance has dropped below it. Exports paused shows when the organisation's exports are locked. The code doesn't say on this page why a lock is applied, so I won't guess.

The number I'd read most carefully is Exports, so here are all four counters: Batches, Active, Users and Exports. Batches is every batch the organisation has bought. Active is the ones that haven't expired. Users counts the people in those batches. Exports counts wallet entries of two kinds, free credit and export charge, so I read it as exports made rather than money spent. That's my reading of the query, not a definition the page gives.

Each card under Current batches shows the batch name, or the plan name with the word batch when it has no name. It also shows seats used out of the seat limit, and an expiry date when there is one. A card links to that batch's page. With no active batch, the page says so and links to create one. Expired batches sit in a second list further down, with seats used and the word expired, and they aren't clickable.

A moderator's view

A moderator's page is headed Moderator dashboard and shows three counters for messages assigned to you: Pending, Answered and Total. Below them is Batch access, the batches an admin has granted you. Each has an Open chat link when the batch has a chat thread, which opens that thread in the chat page. If none are granted, the page says to ask an admin to enable access.

The template has a comment that says the message queue and resume review arrive in a later step. I'd treat the dashboard as a summary, and go to the answer queue for the actual work.

Who this dashboard is for

Use it as an admin who wants one screen that answers whether the wallet is healthy and how many seats are taken. Don't use it as a moderator's working screen. The dashboard is only a summary there, and the actual reviewing happens on the pages it links to.
